Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
For most of our members, gambling is entertainment. We want it to stay that way, so we watch for signs of problem play and underage access, and our trained staff act when they spot them.
Limits and breaks
- Ask our support team in writing to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your account.
- Take a break of up to six weeks. During that time your account and any new accounts are locked.
- Close your account completely whenever you want.
- Join our self-exclusion programme, and we will block your account shortly after your request.
Good habits
Treat gambling as a pastime, never as a source of income. Only bet money you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and keep an eye on how much you spend. Know the rules of every game you play.
Keeping minors safe
You must be 25 or older to play at Candyland. Parents can help by using child protection software, keeping devices locked and never leaving a casino session open.
Where to get help
If gambling stops being fun, these organisations can help.
- Gamblers Anonymous
- Gambling Therapy
- Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4)
