Agreement

When you open an account or play at Candyland, for fun or for real money, you accept our full Terms and Conditions. We may update them from time to time, so check back now and then for the current version.

Who can play

You must be 25 or older to play with us. Where your local law sets a different minimum age, that rule applies, and you are responsible for checking it. We may ask for proof of age at any time.

Your account

Only one account is allowed per person, household, device and IP address, and this also covers sister casinos under the same management. Keep your password private. If someone else uses your account, you remain responsible for it. An account with no logins or bets for 120 days or more may be treated as dormant, and its balance can be forfeited.

Bonuses

Unless we say otherwise in advance, bonus funds carry a playthrough you need to finish before any cash out. If you prefer to play without a bonus, tell us before you start playing. Bonus money itself is non-withdrawable and is removed from your winnings when a payout is processed.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal is 50 AUD. Verified players can withdraw up to 1,000 AUD per week. Players in Australia currently receive their winnings through Bitcoin only. Before the first payout, our finance team checks your identity documents.

Fair play

All our games run on a random number generator tested by a third party. Bots, collusion, syndicates, bonus abuse and chargebacks lead to account closure and confiscation of winnings.

Licence

Candyland belongs to and is run by a company that holds a gaming licence from the Government of Curacao and is regulated there.
